Creates a UPP to your keychain event callback.
KCCallbackUPP NewKCCallbackUPP ( KCCallbackProcPtr userRoutine );
A pointer to your keychain event callback function. For information on how to create a keychain event callback, see KCCallbackProcPtr.
A UPP to your callback function. You can register your callback function by passing this UPP in the callbackProc parameter of the function KCAddCallback.
The NewKCCallbackUPP function creates a pointer to your keychain event callback function. You pass a pointer to your callback function in the callbackProc parameter of the function KCAddCallback if you want your application to receive data transfer events.
When you are finished with a UPP to your keychain event callback function, you should dispose of it by calling the function DisposeKCCallbackUPP.
